【概要】児童生徒の不安やうつなどメンタルへルスの予防とレジリエンスの向上を目的として、小中学校で教師が実施できる教育プログラムを開発しましたので(文献13)、実際に学校でプログラムを実施し、その前後での変化を調べました。プログラム実施後、自閉症的特性の程度と無関係に、自己効力感とメンタルへルスの向上が確認されました。現在、国内外で社会実装がすすめられています。
